5 Tips for a Lively Booth Display

A booth with roulette and colorful balloons sounds appealing right? It can draw interest to people dropping by at your stall in an expo or trade show event. On the contrary, gloomy booths are being left alone. What other ways can you do to help brighten up your exhibit display

1. SELECT THE RIGHT LIGHT

The easiest way to dispel the gloom is by adding light. Light naturally draws the eyes’ attention and it brings color to a booth. Use the lighting to highlight your best work to your customers. Lights can also set the mood. Play with light and shadow to create drama or use colored lights to establish a particular ambiance.

2. CREATE SPACE

Sometimes, the problem isn’t the lack of light, it’s the fact that light can’t come in. Cramped spaces create obstacles that throw your booth into shadows that create a gloomy air. Open up your booth by getting rid of clutter. If a piece or display doesn’t help, store it away. If necessary, rearrange the displays to create more avenues for light to enter.

3. BUILD AN INTERACTIVE BACKDROP

If you want to add a gargantuan splash of color, a backdrop might be what you need. An impressive backdrop can provide contrast to your displays to make the rest pop-out. It is also a fun way to let attendees interact and learn more about your products or services.

4.  ADD TABLE RUNNERS AND PODIUM WRAPS

Another way to add color is by using table runners and podium wraps on your tables. Make sure that these complement your items on display.

5. USE SEAMLESS FIXTURES

However, runners and wraps may not be needed if your fixtures, such as chairs and tables, are already bright and colorful. Don’t ignore these simple furniture. Every booth needs them and their still part of your booth. A great-looking and comfortable chair can sometimes be the best attraction for the tired feet of trade show attendees.

Don’t let potential customers think that your product are drab and boring; design your booths with the right lighting, displays, and fixtures to put them in a good light!
